Prototype moldbase

We have developed our own prototype moldbase to comply with our customers need for fast lead times and small-series production.

• We offer production of parts in small to medium series in Recon's own prototype moldbase
• Optimal solutions with separate cooled inserts/jaws
• Complex part designs with double curved surfaces and jaws
• Part sizes max 25 x 150mm or 80 x 80 mm
• Bar inlet to cold runner gives many options for inlet type
• Ejection traditional through round/sleeve or flat ejectors, as well as stripper plate and two-step ejection
